Sylius Starter is a set of Castor commands (wait, what is Castor?) around a standard Sylius project. You create a project, then add or remove features as your needs evolve. Your project stays standard: any Symfony team can pick it up.
sylius:init creates the project: Docker, Sylius, database, assets, fixtures and tests.sylius:add installs, configures and migrates a plugin. sylius:remove takes it out again, configuration and migrations included.sylius:theme:setup switches the whole store theme, removing the previous one first.sylius:menu:remove hides the back-office entries you don't need.
